Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the CargoCue mobile game and related CargoCue website. By using CargoCue, you agree to these terms.

1. Personal entertainment use

CargoCue is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit CargoCue except where applicable law expressly permits it.

2. Game progress and virtual items

CargoCue may include stars, credits, streaks, assists, levels, rewards, and other virtual game features. These items have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and do not create ownership rights outside CargoCue.

Game progress may be stored locally on your device. Clearing app data, uninstalling the app, changing devices, software errors, or future technical changes may affect locally stored progress.

3. Rewarded advertising

CargoCue may offer optional rewarded ads in exchange for in-game assists or other game benefits. Availability is not guaranteed. Ads may be unavailable based on connectivity, geography, privacy choices, ad inventory, platform rules, or third-party service availability.

4. Updates and changes

We may add, remove, rebalance, or change levels, mechanics, rewards, virtual credits, ad features, and other portions of CargoCue as the game evolves.

5. Intellectual property

CargoCue, its name, game design, software, graphics, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Primal Array LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse CargoCue, including attempting to:

  • interfere with the app or related services;
  • circumvent technical restrictions or advertising reward rules;
  • use automated tools to manipulate rewards or app behavior; or
  • use CargoCue in violation of applicable law.

7. Availability and disclaimers

CargoCue is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, preservation of local game data, or continuous availability of third-party advertising or platform services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Primal Array LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of CargoCue.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as CargoCue evolves. The effective date above will reflect the current version.
